  1. I have been driving my C Class for a couple of months now and have encountered no issues what so ever! I am very happy with the car and I paid a great price for it. The customer service I received was pretty perfect too, they are all nice guys. I would definitely return.

  2. Had a great car buying experience with Herts and Essex, I am in the trade myself so it was really nice to be somewhere where they actually care about their customers. The gentleman who I mainly dealt with was easy to talk to and very friendly. Buying the car was a smooth transaction too and I would happily do business with them again. Hats off to you guys, your doing a top job!

  3. What a cracking team they are down at Herts and Essex, I was put at ease almost immediately! The salesman who I mainly dealt with was very informative and answered all my questions about the car. I was able to take it for a decent test drive before I made my decision too! I of course did decide to go a head with the purchase and have had no regrets.

  4. Absolutely lovely customer service from the team at Herts and Essex! From the moment I arrived I got a warm welcome and the friendliness continued throughout. There was no pressure while I was viewing the car and I was able to make my own decision in my own time. Since the purchase there has been no issues with the Mercedes so it has got to be five stars from me!

All my questions and queries were answered without hesitation. I would give them a strong 4.5 stars, theses guys are as close to perfection as you can get.

  6. Although we did have an issue with one of the vans, they were more than happy to get it resolved for us with no issues at all. Pre sale and post sale, their customer care has been brilliant. Through every part of the journey they kept us in the loop of things, and gave an insight as to what was going on. The vans arrived in immaculate condition and have all been driving perfectly with no faults at all. We couldn’t be happier with our purchases and would definitely recommend to others!

  7. Sadly I am going to be selling my Mercedes as I am moving away soon, however, in the time that I did own the car I absolutely loved it. It has looked after me so well, and has done it in style too! The car looks great inside and out, the prep team did a great job getting it ready for me. And in regards to the customer service, that was brilliant too, they were all so helpful and kind. Without a doubt I would happily recommend to others, they were fantastic!

  8. I could not fault these guys in the slightest. There was a small issues with the aircon and they sorted it right out with out second though, they sorted it on the house which I very much appreciate, whenever I need a new car I will be coming back of course. top marks for Candice. Everything was perfect. The process was very easy. P.s my car is driving amazing

  9. My experience with Herts and Essex Motor Company was completely seamless, the team there are perfectly lovely! The Range Rover Evoque I bought is brilliant, I love it. From the alloys to the interior it is exactly what I wanted, it fits the bill perfectly. I love driving ti and figuring everything out has been a lot of fun. I never thought Id have such a prestigious car so I am totally over the moon.

  10. The woman who saw me through the purchase of my C Class was very nice and helpful. The C Class itself has been treating me just fine, not a single problem! Nice dealership, nice staff and nice car.

  11. This is the second Mini my wife has owned, this time she has upgraded to a Countryman as she was after something a bit bigger. So far we are really happy with the car Herts and Essex sold to us, its nice to drive and the extra space is being put to good use. My wife is extremely happy with the car and the dealership were absolutely great to deal with so we happily pass our recommendations to everybody.
