The human factor, unforeseen circumstances, an elementary misunderstanding between the client and the seller, which occurred for objective reasons ( bad mood of the buyer, the atmosphere in the salon, etc.) can provoke misunderstanding, conflict, and an irresistible desire to leave a negative review wherever possible! the work of client managers, and those who are disappointed in it for one reason or another.

Low information content, lack of factual information and technical details – you must admit, remote workers from the former Soviet Republics who earn on Internet job exchanges (they are up to 90% of the total audience there) cannot know how to get to the capital’s salon, which they they write the name of the LLC that owns the salon, how the VIN code of the car differs from the PIN code of its additional equipment. The vast majority of such authors are not even car owners. Due to objective reasons, they do not have enough information to create a natural response, and salon owners do not share such information with them, being secretive people, like any scammers. At the output, such low-grade content is instantly determined by an experienced eye. Your eye is getting like this every minute, isn’t it?

They brought me a Honda Freed. Hybrid, mileage 32,000 km, 18th year. Came out with delivery to Irkutsk 1,355,000 rubles, this is with all the general expenses, customs, commission and delivery by car transporter. In general, I am satisfied with the work of the guys. Bought quickly, but waited about 2.5 months while in the Russian Federation, until it reaches Irkutsk.
I am completely satisfied with the car, roomy, comfortable, excellent condition, mileage is nothing at all. We bought it for 60 thousand cheaper than it was written in the contract, for which we thank you separately.
So for the good work, I express my gratitude to the manager Pavel (substantial, calm), the logistician Vadim (a patient person) and Denis, who was involved in the shipment.

I ordered a nissan x-trail on 06/06/2022. Purchased on 06/16/2022. Irkutsk arrived on 09/25/2022. The work of the manager vlad-5 explained everything quickly bought, the logisticians paid the invoice-5, delivery from Japan-1.5 months-4 mixed up the transport campaign. After paying the customs and the broker was told our representative will contact the delivery and silence for a week. Vlad helped. I was worried about delivery to Irkutsk, it took a month, then the transporter broke down, then something else. I liked the closed car carrier car safe and sound. The minus at the auction is a car with navigation and a flash drive in the photo on the ship there is a flash drive. When sending to Irkutsk, the radio tape recorder with a flash drive was not removed. When you receive a flash drive machine, 70 percent of the radio’s functionality does not work. at what stage it was stolen (ship, customs, driver) is no longer understood. Also forgot to put the auction sheet. This is a fly in the ointment in a barrel of honey. The machine is very satisfied. If I order again, I will most likely contact them.

I want to thank Autoorder for the work. Especially Paul! We have already bought two cars through the Avtozakaz company – first I ordered Aqua for my daughter as the first car, and two weeks after the successful purchase I decided, since everything is going so well, to update my car – I bought a NISSAN X-TRAIL. Pavel helped a lot with the choice and both times the purchase went quickly, I was lucky with the course. Now, of course, to order – it would be even lower, but you won’t guess, but we already have both cars! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
